Introducing the new V 700 SR CLEANTEC, from WP Haton.
The V 700 divider is developed for medium-sized and industrial bakeries, for dividing and portioning dough in automated dough make up lines.
The SR dividing unit is made of sour-resistant, high quality, stainless steel, resulting in a double life time of the division box. In combination with the optional CleanTec version, this will lead to:
- Higher resistance to aggressive (sour)doughs
- A higher weight accuracy over a longer period
- Less oil usage because of less wear
- Very easy to clean
- Wet cleaning possible
- High IP protection grade on the drives
